Thank you for your interest in employment at Cornerstone Academy. There is currently an opening for the following positions:
- Cornerstone Academy seeks applicants for teaching positions in Pre-Calculus and Calculus and Logic, (to begin August 2010). A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with teaching experience is preferred, but careful consideration will be given to all applicants. The successful candidate will be organized in lesson planning, analytical, and collaborative in working within the Mathematics Department. Candidates must be mature Christians, have a love for teaching, and be able to confidently and professionally engage students, staff, and parents.
- Cornerstone Academy seeks an outstanding teacher of Latin for an anticipated opening in our Secondary School (to begin August 2010). The position will involve teaching Latin courses from Latin I through Latin II and sponsoring student involvement in the Florida Junior Classical League (Latin Club). Additional opportunities exist in our 4th – 6th grades. A Bachelor’s degree in Classics or Latin, with some teaching experience and training is preferred, but careful consideration will be given to all applicants. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and creative in the classroom, organized in lesson planning, and collaborative in working within the Foreign Language Department. Candidates must be mature Christians, have a love for teaching, and be able to confidently and professionally engage students, staff, and parents.
