Applications for Admission for 2010 - 2011
University Model Program
There is a $150 per student Application Fee that is to be submitted with the Application for Admission.
- K4 - K5 Application
- 1st - 2nd Grade Application
- 3rd - 6th Grade Application
- 7th - 12th Grade Application
Students accepted into the University Model Program may then register for the University Model Plus Program, a fourth day of instruction for students in 5th-9th grades from 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM on Thursday. Electives are also offered from 2:30 - 3:35 PM following the adacemic block and are optional when signing up for the Plus Program.
Homeschool
There is a $100 per student Application Fee that is to be submitted with the Application for Admission to the a lá carte Classes.
For all programs the Application Fee will be returned to you should your student not be accepted by Cornerstone Academy. Once you have paid this fee, should you change your mind about your desire to have your student at Cornerstone, the fee is non-refundable.
